Alaska Sea Grant Fellow with Alaska Conservation Foundation

Present Twelve-month fellowship with the Alaska Conservation Foundation’s Northern Latitudes Partnerships focused on improving collaborative efforts among nonprofit, government, and tribal organizations to address climate change.​

2016 - 2019

Research Assistant/Co-Investigator for Earth & Environmental Systems Department, University of the South

Investigated the potential health and environmental health effects of whaling in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Caribbean; Analyzed varying levels of mercury contamination in whale tissue. Conducted 925 semi-structured interviews and performed content analysis on transcribed interviews. Completed a scientific report (5099 words) and oral presentation (20 minutes) on main findings
